All you need is just a web browser.
Browser compatibility:
FireFox 2- OK - best use
Internet Explorer 7 - OK - works, but will be slow by larger files and highlighted syntax
Opera 9 - OK - but very slow by highlighted syntax
It's based on Christophe Dolivet's EditArea latest version.

The installation is quite easy.
Open the config.php and install.php files and enter your data.
Copy the all files to your webserver.
Run install.php.
